CHURCH OF UGANDA

The Anglican Church of Uganda was established in 1887.

And only until recently in 2016 did it decide to rebrand its logo.

Initial Logo

This was the initial logo from when the church was established.

It was not symmetrical and no one in the church knew or understood what many of the symbols and depictions meant. Therefore, deciding to rebrand.

A series of group meetings were conducted with designers and a few church leaders until a final logo was decided on.

It is more symmetrical and depicts symbols of the church that can be understood.
